DESIGN TERMS + CONDITIONS
1- PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE AND MATERIALS: E-design is an online decorating service only. The package price includes my decorating services and does not include the price of any actual products being sourced.
2- RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendations are for decorating only and are not intended as construction documents for remodeling purposes. Always consult with your contractor first!
Client will receive design recommendations based on the questionnaire, pictures or other material submitted by the client. Design is inherently subjective, however, and you agree that Interior Reflections cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and/or ideas you receive from Interior Reflections.
Due to the nature of online shopping, Interior Reflections has made every effort to portray recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate way on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by Interior Reflections as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate scale of your space based on photos provided, but can’t guarantee that all recommended products will fit in your space. Clients are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing.
3- WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: Any products purchased with defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer, which you will need to contact. Interior Reflections cannot be held responsible for replacement, freight arrangement or damage claims for purchases recommended for the e-design project. In addition Interior Reflections is not responsible for any work completed by contractors, sub-contractors, craftsmen, and any other such tradesmen, or any work performed by you (DIY).
Due to the ever changing nature of the internet, Interior Reflections does not guarantee, or warranty any of the products or merchandise purchased by you through the use of our services or those services of a service provider. Your only recourse or remedy for guarantee or warranty claims is directly with the manufacturer or producer of the merchandise.
4- REFUND POLICY: Interior Reflections strives to provide outstanding service to each of our clients and it’s our goal is to make every effort to create a product that you will be happy with. E-Design services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work. We understand at times it may be necessary to provide a re-select if an item becomes discontinued. We review your design questionnaire and make every effort to provide you the very best service based off of your answers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service just contact us and we will work with you.
5- COMMUNICATION + SCHEDULE: E-design client agrees to correspond in a timely manner through online communication and Interior Reflections shall do the same. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the project. You will receive your Design Plan within 2-3 weeks after I receive your completed questionnaire, payment and relevant package information.
6- DESIGN TIME: Design work is limited to 30 calendar days from the date of package purchase. If, after the 30 days have passed the client has failed to request a revision or finalize the design, Interior Reflections reserves the right to deliver the final “as is” shopping list with the most recent suggested items. Additional revisions will be charged a flat rate of $75 each.
7- AFFILIATE LINKS: Some of the product suggestions may contain affiliate links which means Interior Reflections may make a small commission if you purchase from the linked sites. This is at no additional cost to you.
